it’s my birthday and i’ll cry if i want to. 🤞🏻i don’t. have a follow up doctors appt this afternoon that traumatized me last week. 34 was the worst age to date and the amount of times i’ve said out loud i don’t want to live anymore was alarming and too much. i am amazed by how much strength and fight i still have while trying to manage my health and advocate for myself. 🤞🏻35 brings me better people, less stress and doctors that will listen, care and fix this MCAS bullshit they caused. i would like to have my life back and be able to do the things i love and create beautiful things.
